We can reflect that this experiment was a very successful one and of course a very enjoyable one as we both learned a lot about mould and its perfect conditions to grow. There are of course some things that we could improve next time we do this like making sure all the data is collected but overall we did all the important things and if you are planning on working with mould on bread be aware it does not smell good. It was a fantastic fun process for all of us involved.
